Christopher Reckord has over thirty-five (35) years of experience in the Information Technology Industry and is a regular speaker on Technology, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation.

Chris was the Chief Executive Officer and is a board member of leading information technology support organization tTech Limited – Jamaica’s only pure play IT Outsourcing & Managed Services provider. He was a Founder and Former CEO of computer value added reseller Innovative Corporate Solutions. 

His North American experience came from time spent at Adjoined Consulting in Miami, Florida where he held a number of roles the last one being Director of IT.

Chris is a member of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ), he sits on the PSOJ council and serves as Chairman of their Innovation & Digital Transformation. Chris is a member of the Jamaica Technology & Digital Alliance.

Chris also serves as board member of the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission (BGLC), and the Financial Services Commission (FSC). Chris Reckord served as a Board Member of eLearning Jamaica Company from 2008 – 2020 where he was Chairman from 2016 to 2020. He is also a member of the Ministry of Tourism’s Gastronomy Network Committee and the National Information and Communications Technology Advisory Council (NICTAC) which provides advice to the Minister with responsibility for Technology.

With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Trevor Forrest’s service in the local ICT Industry has demonstrated a commitment to driving improved standards of ICT adoption across the private and public sector where he has consulted on the design and evaluation of numerous ICT projects and digital transformation strategies. He is also well known for evangelizing the adoption and use of Open Source Technology across the 876 Technology Solutions.

After 15 years in the United States where he occupied various management posts in IT, Mr. Forrest returned to Jamaica in 2006 and founded 876 Technology Solutions a provider of comprehensive open source-based technology solutions serving the Caribbean.

Trevor has served in the Jamaican Government as a Senior Technology advisor at the Ministry of Science &Technology where he spearheaded many groundbreaking government policy initiatives. He was integral in the establishment of the Government of Jamaica online portal GOV.JM. He also had oversight of the public-private partnership between the Government and Telecommunications providers to establish the zero-rated access to all Government online services.

Trevor has served on numerous ICT groups and committees and as a director on various ICT related Boards.

Trevor is a passionate enthusiast of Blockchain Technology. It is his firm belief that Blockchain technology will become the most critical underpinning component of any digital society. He is a Certified Blockchain Architect.
